Berea Children's Home and Family Services of Central Ohio recruits enthusiastic and committed volunteers to support and enhance our agency's mission and to provide quality services through measurable, value-added initiatives. Our volunteers are highly dedicated and hard working individuals who selflessly give of their time to support our staff. Volunteers assist our agency in a wide variety of ways, helping staff to provide high-quality comprehensive services that positively impact the lives of the children and families we serve. Administrative
Volunteers work with staff to provide clerical and related assistance to positively impact staff and program/department efficiency. Duties may include filing, answering phones, copying, shredding, reception/greeter, mailings and light typing.
Special Events and Seasonal Services
Volunteers assist staff with holiday and other seasonal party planning, decorating, working in the donation center and other seasonal needs. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age, pass a physical and background check.
