Seeds of Success

From the Executive Director

Heather Nicol
Heather Nicol,
Executive Director
Here we are, right in the middle of winter! While I enjoy the pureness of fresh fallen snow, I also look forward to the bright possibilities that spring brings. Despite the season, Berea Children’s Home and Family Services of Central Ohio is always working to provide brighter possibilities to our clients. Through our community-based programs, we are helping families rebuild for a brighter future together. One way our staff accomplished this was to hold a toy drive in December. Through many generous donations, we were able to provide more than 60 children and youth with Christmas gifts. Imagine the look on the face of a child who has very little to call his own receiving a brand new toy at Christmas!
All our work everyday is driven because we want to help those in need achieve a better, more hopeful life. I am proud to be a part of an organization that works hard to inspire hope for a brighter tomorrow for our clients. I am so very grateful to all of the staff members, donors, and friends, who help make our Heatherservices possible.
