Training
We want to invest in you! We provide employee training to help you reach your career aspirations and avoid barriers to your success while helping you grow and thrive in your field. We also lead all new staff members through a paid agency orientation before beginning their position to acquaint them with the overall culture and dynamics of the agency. We offer training several times per month, in both day and evening sessions, at the following location:

Ongoing Staff Development
Berea Children's Home and Family Services of Central Ohio offers CEU classes that help employees gain credits toward licensing and keep growing in their positions. We also provide comprehensive on-the-job training, to help enhance your work experience with us.
